The HOW of what I do is connecting the mind body and spirit but I do not want this to come off to corny or cartoony so less is more even if that means simply my name, the podcast name, and a few pictures of me. In terms of overall feel since I have a sports performance background and looking to convey overcoming of obstacles I would like to include an inspirational look. I want the dimensions to be as close as possible to the 3000 x 3000 pixels requirement for Apple Podcasts. Four is arbitrary, I just want to build momentum right away (and the first 8 or so weeks are important in Apple Podcasts and Spotify land because that’s when podcasts have the chance to make it into the New & Noteworthy category).
